People come to counselling for many different reasons. You may want to unravel persistent negative thought patterns, understand why you feel the way you do, or develop a kinder, more compassionate view of yourself. You might have been feeling low, anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward in your life.
Some people feel they’ve lost their sense of who they are after spending years meeting everyone else’s needs. Others are navigating difficult memories, unexpected life events, or times of significant change and need space to process what’s happening.
You may be seeking support during hormonal changes, such as the menopause, or finding it hard to cope when people around you are going through their own crises. Many people come to therapy because they want to feel better about themselves, build confidence, and reconnect with their strengths and achievements.
My aim is to support you in creating meaningful, long‑term change. Whether you’re seeking help with anxiety, depression, bereavement, family issues, negative thought patterns, menopause or other hormonal changes, or any other concern, I will be alongside you as you work towards your goals.
Counselling can have a significant and positive impact, helping you move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and self‑understanding.
