Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when challenges pile up or things stop making sense. You might be feeling stuck, exhausted, or unsure how to cope on your own. Therapy offers a space where you don’t have to manage everything by yourself.
I work using a person‑centred approach, developed by Carl Rogers. This way of working is based on the belief that you have an inner capacity for growth and that, with the right support, you can find your own way forward. Rather than giving advice or telling you what to do, I offer a warm, non‑judgemental space where you can explore whatever feels important on that day.
You are the expert on your own life. My role is to listen deeply, reflect with you, and offer gentle psycho‑education where helpful. Together, we can explore your feelings, values, and beliefs — including where they may have come from — in a safe and supportive environment. As your self‑awareness grows, we can look at how you might navigate changes, make decisions, or move towards the life you want.
People come to therapy for many reasons. I support clients with issues such as anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, low self‑esteem, bereavement, and challenging life transitions, as well as many other concerns. Whatever you’re facing, therapy can offer space, clarity, and support.
